Yamaha 2000W Generator - Is This A Pricing Error?

Just was at Costco and always looking for the deal. Yamaha 2000W (1600W continuous) generator for $499.00. That's the best price I've seen on this by about $200. Have they come down that much or is...

For that price I'd buy one to carry and keep the Champ 2000 at home for emergency backup. Trouble is, we're on the Oregon Coast and Costco is 100 miles away. I'll check and see if I can get one and pick it up Wednesday or Thursday. Probably in store only.
