Yellow cargo/payload sticker

I know on the drivers side door jamb that there should be a yellow sticker indicating "do not exceed XXX lbs. of passengers and cargo." Well, mine doesn't have one!

When I was in the market for a trailer I had to find the payload/cargo figure for my truck online. All I could do was hope that the figure that Dodge gave for my truck and its options was pretty close to MY actual truck. I chose VERY few options when I ordered it.

I ordered the truck and bought it new so it couldn't have been removed by a previous owner.

Anyone ever see or hear of a "missing" yellow cargo sticker?
  • I do have that one.
Any idea why my truck does not have the yellow one?
  • Your 2003 1500 didn't have a Yellow Sticker

It has a sticker like this with GVWR/GAWR/Tires/PSI

YOU get to figure out payload by loading up truck......go get it weighed then subtract that weight from GVWR

  • 2003. I looked everywhere.....even the glove box. And I looked more than once thinking I just somehow missed it. Nothing.
