You don't need a 3/4 ton truck to tow a trailer..

Yeah, I only linked this for reference to "how it used to be"... :)

But, for those of us that lived thru this time and spent time traveling with our families and making memories, it seemed to always work out.. ;)

I remember as a kid in the 70's, friends of my parents we camped with towing a 24' Aristacrat Lo-Liner travel trailer with a 66 Imperial with an "Eqaal-I-Zer" hitch and they did just fine with it.. They were in their 60's at the time too!

Anyway, this youtube guy has a ton of fun stuff from back in the day and it's just nostalgic for me seeing them now.

Been there, done that. Not a lot of fun, even with just an 18 foot trailer. But it was the best we could do at that time - until we could afford a big Suburban or Carry-all
