No, I have a custom ordered F350. Ordered from Ford.
I did specify the highest GVWR (and also 4x4) so perhaps one of those is what got me the extra rear spring? I am pretty confident it is there - the extra spring.
regardless.... I now have the upper StableLoads, and the very top (short) spring is now touching the Upper Stable Load.
With the camper on, the ride is amazing. Very happy, all in all. The StableLoad (uppers only) went on when the camper went in, so no idea how the ride would be camper only, no upper StableLoads.
