I would think you are good to go. You probably have less that 6,000 on the front axle and the remainder on the rear DRW axle.
SRW Load Range E tires are in the 3,150 to 3,450 capacity rating at Max PSI. You would be over on an SRW with LRE tires but never with most 19.5" tires.
