I've had both. The Eagle Cap was the better of the two.
Make sure that you get double pane windows - I believe that is standard now with the EC, not so with the AF.
Make sure that heat and air are digitally controlled, especially true for the air.
I prefer the smaller propane tanks for less weight - the small tanks last a very long time. But if you have extended cold weather camping plans then maybe the AF is for you.
Improvements are made every year, so evaluate carefully.
