Welcome Silver....I am just a few steps ahead of you on my rebuild.
This weekend was a major milestone for me, I finally got the wood installed in the wings. They were treated with CPES and epoxy. I have added new L brackets and reinforcement wood strips horizontally between the ribs in the channels, screwed down into the two layers of 3/4 ply.
The Overhead bunk wood will be installed next.
Its an exciting feeling now that things are going to be going back in, instead of out. To echo what everyone else has said, its uphill all the way, but don't get discourage. Just eat the Elephant one bite at a time.
