Thank you all. Again, I'd still be back on square one if not for this forum and all your help. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to take a rain check on Muley Point. The rear axle in my truck will need to be replaced before I trust it to leave a 200mi radius of home.
NE Pennsylvania Avionista Rally?
Ticki, my issue with the dinette lift is that without the underfoot storage, your feet dangle while sitting on the bench(I'm 6'). Minor but annoying.
D1 Please post some pics when you get your boat hitched up, I'm very curious. How long is your mast and how is it carried?
I think my ODay 23 will connect to the hitch as long as I offset the mast all the way aft on the trailer. The Hobie 14 is a bigger problem, the mast would have to go on the roof of the camper or something but the trailer tongue is plenty long enough. Im not sure a 22+ foot mast would be stable on a camper mounted roof rack? No hurry, most of the water in a 200mi radius of home is frozen at the moment.
For now just trying to find a decent used axle(Dana70 3.54) and planning shorter trips.
