So after what seems to have been forever, going at a snails pace when compared to 'Sliver'. I am happy to report that the interior is just about complete.
the back splash is stainless
on the rear wall I mounted tongue and grove ceder boards
Laminate flooring
the electrical is all complete including a new controller and some lighting. all fused through a 12 volt control panel.
Plumbing is complete and functional.
It has actually turned out better than I hoped, I am very pleased.
Next will be sealing up the exterior, roof coating, window seals, and configuring some sort of exterior gray water storage.
