I am contemplating mounting 2 rails below the bunk area and over the cab to transport 2 100 watt 2'x 4' solar panels. Or fabricating a rack that will be mounted on the truck behind the cab back window and in front of the TC to carry them.
Any suggestions?....I am very reluctant to mount them permanently on the roof,plus it would require purchasing new panels.
