We were in Kansas City in 107 degree weather, cooling off before we went to a Bob Dylan Concert at the Starlight Theatre. We turned the corner and I heard Jane yell. I thought it was an oncoming 16 wheeler. Actually it was a beautiful Avion camper resting quietly on the back of a defunct truck. At the corner of 38th St and W Bell Ave.
I took a few photos and noticed there there were a LOT of old, "anteeky", looking stuff around. So, I suppose the owner is about the retro nature of the camper. I knocked on the door, but no one answered.
