1968 C11 The LP(propane) tanks that originally came in the 68 C11 are not 'normal' tanks lying down. Rather they are horizontal tanks designed to be transported and used in that configuration.
I have no idea about the laws regarding LP tanks in Europe but I think it is illegal or at least bad practice to lay down a normal LP tank here in the states.
When I was redoing the Pompadour, I modified the original LP tank box to accommodate two 5 gallon LP cylinders in the upright position.
Mostly finished 68 Avion C11

Are 5 gallon(20lb.) LP cylinders common or even used at all in Germany?
