Fellow Avionistas, the conversation having turned to tanks, let me share with you the source for custom made flexible water tanks I have found. I have created two oddly shaped spaces on either side of Argo, the all-aluminum camper, for water storage. 27 gallons each. A company in Idaho called Aire, whom I know from whitewater and fly fishing rafts, also has an industrial division that makes all manner of flexible tanks. They are making these two tanks for me, with inlets and outlets, for $300 per tank. Not cheap, but perfectly fitted to the space, and very durable. They regularly make custom tanks for RVs and boats, according to Ryan, with whom I have been dealing. Very proactive and professional. He can be reached at ryan.parkin@aire.com.
Incidentally, they can build potable, gray or backwater tanks, depending on your use.
Onward!
