Making some progress on the C10. My girlfriend finished painting the inside and also painted all the cabinet doors and hinges. Shes working on painting all the latches today because the last person didnt do a very good job.
I then decided to tackle the door. The plywood that was on the door was rotted and falling off in pieces. My fear was the whole door structure would be rotted but it was actually in great condition once I got the skin off.

I also plugged the camper in to 110v yesterday and all is well! every outlet works. I checked the fridge but it appears my fridge is gas only?! I've never seen a fridge that is gas only with no electric option. I may swap it out to an electric fridge. Also there is no battery charger or inverter. It has 2 large marine batteries but they are dead. I'm going to try to charge them and see if they hold a charge. They look to be in good condition but i do not know how old they are.
