If it is flat glass, it can easily be replaced with a new cut pane of safety glass from a window shop. If you cannot find one, ask around on the classic VW dune buggy sites since they use custom windshields in many of their builds. If may actually be more work to remove the frame to replace the glass than actually finding a replacement pane.
