It’s likely the forward vent. If one has a fan and the other doesn’t, likely that one.
But it’s not really worth asking. Check one, if not there, check the other.
Regarding what AC to buy, I don’t have specific recommendations, but a general one. I’ve only put one AC on a camper.
General: if planning to run off a 2k generator or household 15-20A circuit, find the one with the least power draw, ideally a soft start or add a capacitor yourself.
It’s a little camper so I wouldn’t get hung up on a few more btus.
Size: Eagle Cap and the other “tall” campers hit at or just over 12’ tall to top of AC as that is typically the highest point.
Our old AF TCs were just over 12’ tall on the truck with a standard height AC.
Replaced the one with a low profile unit when I destroyed the first one. That allowed me to get in my 12’ shop door without airing down bags and tires to clear the door opening.
If you’re not trying to clear a 12’ opening, this probably doesn’t matter to you.

what are you calling the forward vent? I call the one in the bedroom the forward vent. in my camper it is the middle one that has the ac prep package.
