Jack mounting plate pulled away from camper - repair?

When you drill the holes, they should be larger than the bolts. The inserted dowel should be of a larger diameter than the bolts. Best not to have the new holes exceed the diameter of the dowels. Insert the dowels with marine epoxy. This will withstand moisture. That's how I repair high stress outdoor furniture.
