Near Berlin, NV


Fossils (hard to tell!) of a large (40 ft.) fish-like creature that lived during the time of the dinosaurs. Nevada was once covered by an ancient inland sea, and although Ichthyosaurs have been found in other areas around the world, the largest fossils were found in central Nevada.
