it can be done. i have a 2021 ram 3500 megacab with 3.50 inch carli lift on it, with air bags and hellwig sway bar. my camper is a wolf creek 850. has a little sway but overall rides nice. my next move is try to hook up a trailer to it but worried about the overall payload
