Nice install..I like the Instapark mounts. Simple & clever on the tilting.
I do have a sugestion though on the wing nuts. Threading the lock nuts out untill flush on that end so theres a bit more stick out on the wing nut end. Drill couple of small holes (90ยบ opposed for easy insertion regardless of nut position) and use a simple spring clip to ensure wing nut doesnt back out?
I assume panle are attached to each other-pivots from one end or the other?
