Installed baseboard heat. No need to carry a portable ceramic heater anymore when we are hooked up to shore power. The new set up is 100% quiet and out of the way.
Made an aluminum heat shield and lined the inside with heat resistant tape to deflect the heat out and away from the slide out overhang, carpet, and wood trim. Had the heater on full blast for about 30 minutes to test and everything above the heater stayed well within a warm to cool range.
I think I will like this much better than the portable ceramic heater that I used in the past.
