I would say looking at your numbers you are 10 months older than me. Our numbers are JfJn743.
The rear tires are LT375/55R16's and measure around 16 inches across at the breach and 33 inches tall. Even with aluminum rims, the tire/wheel combo weigh about 130 pounds, increasingly more difficult to hoist onto the studs. I now have a protocol to put the jack and axle studs at exactly the same height and clocked hole attitude so i can wiggle the tires onto the studs. I sit on a low roller stool and use my toes to guide the monsters slightly one way or the other.
The front 305/75R16's, 33.1 inches tall are much easier to mount.
