Cleaned up our rig today after a 10 day, 3500 mile trip where we encountered 3 large storms, the beast was filthy! Especially the back end and after stopping twice at RV washes out on the road, only to get rained on again within 24 hours, we gave up trying to keep it clean. While washing the back end, I directed the hose toward the Genset (Onan 2500) and it fired up without touching anything! Luckily the propane was turned off so it fired and quit right away after burning the fuel in the line. Be aware that the engine mounted switch is not as waterproof as one would think and a blast of water will short it out and cause it to start. At least on mine it did!
