Got tired of repainting my roof again,so bought some 0.020 gage aluminum sheets and glued those on the roof and front sides overlaping the edges..
Will do the whole TC eventualy..
Used the very expensive epoxy adhesive @ 70$ a tube..but its the only glue guaranteed to stick to aluminum..smell same as JBweld stuff,,but needs special caulking gun to apply..

Gluing aluminum is easier and faster then riveting,wonder why Airstream folks dont use it?
