So what did you do to your Truck Camper today?

Got some new Wobbl-stopprs installed and reused the old ones so I now have two way bracing:

Got my new swing-away bike rack put together and tested :)

And hopefully tonight I will get a chance to write up about my nice new digital thermostat I finally installed in the camper (Had it sitting in bag behind the seat in the truck for a couple months).

We have been having weather in the high 40 and low 50. Thought seriously about de winterizing. Yesterday morning was 16 degrees. :E

Guess I better wait another month!!!

Pulled out the ruptured water heater and inspected all the visible water lines and connections.

Will order a tank replacement as soon as my tax refund arrives.

well it's not winterized and I just looked at the outside temp gauge and it has dropped from 70* today to 34* so I checked the forecast and oh******31* tonight with chance of snow all week. I went outside shut all the windows and vents and turned the heater on low to keep things from freezing up. Guess I better to refil that second but empty propane tank tomorrow.

I unloaded it after a very windy weekend on the oregon coast but a nice and relaxing one though. Wish it would have lasred longer.

Washed, waxed, cleaned interior, on our "new to us" 1999 Lance 820. Still have a lot to do to it before it is useable, but this is my first truck camper. Thanks Dan - you know why,

Not actually today but, recently.
Replaced the old batwing with a Jack antenna.

and installed digital thermostat.

Put battery watering caps on the Group 27 Deep cycle under the hood of the truck and topped up the water in all the batteries.

Enjoying my new second set of Wobbl-Stoppers with the high winds blowing through and the camper not moving a budge.

Replaced the yellowed outside stove vent damper assembly.
