- RockyRoadCamperExplorerSlide out of alignment-yep happened to me. While moving the rear slide out heard a loud pop, and before you knew it one side was out of alignment. The shaft on that side snapped and only the other side moved....long story on the repair if anyone wants to hear, check my history.
- Buzzcut1Nomad IIThanking my doggies for defending my TC and Home from uninvited guests. Nursing the smallest of the 4 who got injured in the fracas. Kozmo has quite the limp as was missing from 2pm yesterday to 6:30 am the morning when I found him 3 miles away. Apparently someone thought my Lance would be easy pickings hidden behind the fence, 4 dogs said otherwise They got as far as opening the camper door before the fur patrol showed up. The two big dogs set up camp in front of the opened gate and would not let anyone near the house, one was running in the streets and was rounded up quickly by a neighbor, then there was Kozmo who looked like he had been in a bar fight when I found him. he looks much better tonight

- billyray50ExplorerRecieved new generation happijac nickel plated 4160 jacks last week and removed 4150s that came with new camper with rusted powder coated inner tubes and installed new ones. Nickel plate looks great!! decided to do it myself and saved 170.00 bucks at rv dealership.
- mooring_productExplorerPulled the sheets out to wash them. Headed out for a boys trip to Marco Island this weekend.
- TwoMaineiacsExplorerWinterized and packed all the "stuff" into plastic tubs with inventory on the lid. It can always come out of hibernation and head south but the cold is here and the TC is safer winterized.

I'm thinking tonight I'm not going to do a thing to our TC. The last few nights I've reinforced some of the cabinents that hyper-extendented themselfs on out last trip 2 weeks ago. I wish the manufacturer would of glued the rear suports or at lease have the wood reach the floor where friction might hold it in place. AF now uses better drawer closers and smaller (lighter) cabinets. I'm going to eat my dinner sit by my log fire get reless and go work on the camper . Were hopeing to leave Friday os I better get busy.
Fixed hyper-extendented cabinents,,,,,, Had a good weekend trip in the TC intell DW thought slide looked abit tight and out of alinment ( SHURE OF SHOOT ) new project will be ajustment of slide out. Looks like the lag screws have backed out on the back track causeing the front to slide in tighter than it should. I'd be happy to hear from anyone who's been there done that,,,,,,,Thanks Grant Portland Oregon
Have the same year AF 1140. Never had a problem with any of the cabinets or the slide out. Always felt that my AF had very solid cabinetry and never a complaint. - KidooExplorerTook a look in the basement, found two potatoes and one oignon from september trip, dead frozen:B
