- BabyBelugaExplorerwell so we ended up just going for the cork floor. Going on a trip here soon and wanted to get it done. Really easy and straight forward. Took just under two cases of cork flooring. I put it in cross wise instead of length wise to save on waste and cutting (figured small space it would be fine). Pine trim stained appropriately. Still need two pieces of trim for the dinette and need to nail in the trim but all in all it took about a full day. Looks nicer than the stock floor and feels warmer. Pictures in no particular order....
- JoeChiOhkiExplorer IIMowed the grass around it so it didn't look quite as bad.
- Buzzcut1Nomad IILoaded up the Fly Fishing gear and half of the food for the weekend
- ggadwaExplorerGot up to 10 inches of new snow this morning. Had to dig the Truck and Camper out of a total of 17 inches of snow. When the weather broke this afternoon I buffed the entire camper with Gel Gloss...wife thinks I'm nuts as the roads will be all snowy and wet when we leave for the Oregon Coast tomorrow evening. I think a little extra protection can't hurt.

In the past two weeks....replaced the upper and lower hinges on the door, they were very stiff and had started pulling the frame off the door. Took out the dinette table and made a "u" seat for more lounging room. Putting together a new detachable custom table in its place. If anyone is looking for a collapse-able table out of an arctic fox DM me. Looking at putting cork flooring in too, in the next two weeks.
Sounds great, can you post pictures when you have it done? - Reddog1Explorer II

One of the best mods I made to my TC. I installed mine over the bathroom vent, after I installed my Sureflo fan. I leave now the vent open, rain, wind, or whatever.
Installed a fan mate roof vent. - BabyBelugaExplorerIn the past two weeks....replaced the upper and lower hinges on the door, they were very stiff and had started pulling the frame off the door. - jimh406Explorer IIII added dually hinges. That wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. I backed the DRW far enough to lower it mostly on the bed, and then cranked away. I'm not sure I have it folding quite right, so that is left to do. It seems really close to the plugs, and I'm not sure if that is ok or not.
I also used AMSOIL lubricant like WD-40 to lube the jack switch that has been intermittent. I picked up this hint here by searching, and it seems to work great. - ggadwaExplorerToday I dug the Harley Hauler Trailer out of a snowbank. Moved it into the garage. Worked over the wheel bearings and then loaded the Harley in and secured. I think I'm getting awfully anxious to depart for the Oregon Coast Friday morning. I have had the Camper and Truck all ready to role since last week. Just have to fill with water, hook up Trailer and hit the road....
IF only the wife didn't have a city council meeting Thursday...she is so dedicated to her volunteer job and I am SO READY to head out on the road.
