- The *&@^ propane and Carbon Monoxide detector keep going off today. I don't know what that's all about. The camper is sitting in my driveway, on the truck, with fully charged batteries, but they do need replaced.
I reset the propane detector 3 times, then got aggravated and turn off the battery kill switch under the sink. (AF811) - sharkmanExplorer

Spent the afternoon scraping out around windows and edge strips to caulk and reseal. Also did a couple areas on the roof.
Very excited about the Rancho 4 for 3 sale. Need shocks soon.
Also need to inspect disk pads before the next trip.
Instrument panel gauges stopped working again. Wish I could figure out what the reason for the intermittent on again off again love affair with my gauges is.
Is the sale on now? I need shocks too. - DewclawExplorer IIInstalled a new vent lid for the bathroom vent. High wind gusts in our last camp had broken it.
Also fixed the plastic door "hold open" on the outside. The wind had ripped the "dog bone" part right out of it's mount. I drilled a 1/4 inch hole in it and used a left-over piece of air line from the air bag install to replace the plastic ears that broke off. (pardon all the technical terms :) )
Now for the noisy jack... - billyray50ExplorerNothing with truck.. Waiting on New tires to be shipped to replace all 4 defective Dyna Trac 890 245/70r/19.5s.

Started offloading from 9 days on the road. fridge is emptied and our personal gear removed. Still have to strip the sheets and clean out the grime inside. Oh and eventually get around to taking the Kayaks off the roof. I just spent two hours scrubbing off 1600 miles of bug splats on the nose and the underside of the cab over what a mess.
Then I get to change the oil and swap out fuel filters in the truck.
Try magic erasers for the bugs Buzz....work great!! - Camper_Jeff___KNavigatorSpent the afternoon scraping out around windows and edge strips to caulk and reseal. Also did a couple areas on the roof.

You should look for sleepy's bug guard airfoil for keeping bugs out of the catcher's mitt. I'll see if I can find the link.
