Well.....I'm upset.....I spent a ton of time working on my Palomino Bronco to get it ready for the season. Today I decided to take the cushions outside to air them out and here is what I found under the dinette side...

Soggy chip board!!!! Dan Nabit! The front section is right where the front jack is located. It's a mess....
I cleaned out any old caulking I could find and resealed EVERYTHING! I used masking tape so I'd have a nice clean line where the new caulk meets the aluminum siding.
But there was no clear place that I could see that water was getting inside.
Once it all dries out I need to figure out a way to rebuild this area. Fun.....:M
I suggest you pull the window, and re-caulk. Look closely at the old caulk, and you may see where it was leaking. I have had several TC windows leak over the years from shoddy caulking from the manufacture.
This photo was when my 1988 Bigfoot was about 18 years old.
- cdbinnsExplorerChanged out the all the CH 751 locks.
We went from this:
To this:

We ordered everything from Industrial Lock and Hardware - CH751.com. We had a size that did not fit anything on their sizing page and they were great in helping us figure out what we needed. Their packaging was nicely organized and the locks arrived pretty quickly via USPS.
Here's a look at the packaging. Note that the covers and the white backing plates were additional cost, but everything else was included with the base lock.
A shout out to Mello Mike - we got the idea and the source information from his blog. - RbertalottoExplorerWell.....I'm upset.....I spent a ton of time working on my Palomino Bronco to get it ready for the season. I de-winterized the TC today. Things went well until I tried to fill the hot water tank. Water all over! See the picture of what happens when you don't winterize properly. I didn't pull the plug in the tank. It had over 5 gal. in it over the coldest February in Buffalo history.

Gotcha, thanks Bedlam. - RaftenExplorerFor me it is what I am afraid of what I might do to my TC. Going to load it this week for the first time since I have had months of knee problems. Holding in a stiff clutch could be a problem. Makes me wish I had installed a 4Low kit. If all else fails I will just disable the vac line to the front axle, red neck 4Low.

I bet that made a mess in the camper. Bad T&P valve, I presume? - shake-n-bakeExplorerI just got mine out of storage for the first trip of the year. Going up to Lake Shasta for several days of fishing.
Sitting in the drive way all opened up to air out. - WNYBobExplorerSorry, I'm new to posting photo's.
