- narcodogExplorer IICut an installed a piece of in door out door carpet. Got the hankering to head out.
- GalinAZExplorerWe're getting ready for our first trip of the year, doing a weekend at Roosevelt Lake. DH replaced all 4 batteries with new Interstates (old ones were 5-7 years old). With the fierce heat here in the summer, the refrigerator vent cover on the roof had cracked, so he replaced that too. We plan to get a tarp cover for this summer. We're heading out to Death Valley later this month, we'll probably re-do the caulking around all the rooftop openings before we go.

Thanks Mike. I don't do well in the winter months watching tv all nighht, so I suffer from "Moditis". Originally I only suffered from this in my truck, but soon it spread to my boat and camper. I caution anyone who intially catches a little "tinkeritus" that they should excercise "tinkeritus" with extreme caution. It often can, and will deteriorate into MODitus which is an incurable disease. Carriers of this dreaded disease will often be seen spreading their infection to others verbally at campsites and around campfires. I was infected by a "friend" who has this disease in its most extreme form, "Custom-itus", where the sufferer is so absorbed by moditius that they feel the need to make their modiifcations appear to be custom work.
Finaddict, you've been busy. :) Great mods.
As a known carrier of Moditus, I make sure warn others that I am a sufferer of this disease before I enter their Boats, campers and trucks. I also warn them to enter my camper boat and truck at their own risk . - Mello_MikeExplorerFinaddict, you've been busy. :) Great mods.
- garryk6ExplorerMy torklift superhitch and Supertruss arrived via barge today from Seattle. 211 lbs. I was able to find the whole setup in Walla Walla WA for $300. I had no pictures, but he delivered to Yakima, my sister met him, picked it all up (in her Subaru!) got it back to Ellensburg, where my brother in law took it back to Lake Stevens. He finally got time off to take it to Fife to send on the Barge. $130 to ship to Kodiak, AK.
The really great news was that it has the camper tie down receivers came bolted to the hitch! He didn't mention them, so it was a pleasant surprise!
