- RbertalottoExplorerI had built a new table a few weeks ago. This is used when the dining area is converted into a bed or if I have my grandsons with me and it's raining outside:

But when I'm camping alone it is simply too big and in the way. I was wandering around Lowes and I saw they sell nice round table-tops in various diameters. I bought one in 24" for $17 and gave it three coats of clear poly....Bought an extra table mount off Ebay for $5.95 and vola!

You like? - RbertalottoExplorerInstalled "BIG FEET" on my camper jacks.
12 simple round electrical box covers (.64 cents each) and a bit of 3M 5200 adhesive / sealant and the feet don't sink into soft soil anymore!

- RbertalottoExplorerI added a dedicated 120V outlet for the B&D charger that I keep hooked up when the TC is not in use. (this picture shows a "Watt Meter" in line with the charger as I wanted to see what it used over a period of time)

And on the outside I have a receptical for the extension cord:
In this way the whole camper doesn't need to be plugged in and the converter/charger running and wearing out the fan needlessly. My camper will sit parked for weeks on end. The B&D charger is a thing of beauty, always keeping my batteries in perfect state of charge.
- Buzzcut1Nomad IIreplaced a gutter extension that got ripped off by a branch two trips ago. Resealed the seams around the area when I determined that they got damaged in the branch /gutter removal process. Dicor, I discovered, is a royal pain to get off skin while it is still tacky. Had to run down to the hardware store for some new screws after one had it's head snap while getting screwed back in. Finished the job in the dark by headlamp.

- SmokemanExplorerInstalled a 9200 BTU Polar Cub A/C unit. Works nice.

Must say, last couple was days off from working on camper. Just too dang hot. Sorry gang, but when heat index goes up around 105, tonyj hangs out by the radio, or, as today, helps Momma, if she doesn't throw me out of her kitchen. Nineteen pints of pickled okra got put up today. They'll be awesome for camping snacks, if I don't go through them all at once. - ejfranzExplorerThe front left Happijac was just about seized; so I was forced to do the tear down and lube.
There was no lube what so ever on the worm gear and it was slightly rusted. I had to do a bit of rust removal prior to lubing it. Being that I am not at home (at my brother in laws who has less tools then I cary in my truck), I will wait till I get home to do the other 3 as they sound good. The write up for the tear down by KKELLER14k was great. The jack sounds good now. - starcraft69ExplorerChanged the oil in the generator only 50 hrs on it but it might have been original oil in a 98 camper. The oil looked really good probably a overkill but its done
- noxinnhojExplorermy 1994 eagle vision tsi is down with transmission issues so I fueled up the old dually and made sure the lance is ok with being hauled around as its going to be my daily driver for a while.I miss driving it anyways, lol.ps,i saw a flatdeck semi hauling 4 brand new lance campers into Vancouver today, heading to a dealer I guess...
- BeefieExplorerCut the tree off my truck from the tornado that came thru. 6000 in damages to truck no damage to the lance and the on board generator ran the fridge and freezer in the house till power came on. Only thing that sucks is I have only had my new to me truck for a week and a hafe. O well nobody got hurt that is the main thing.
