While we were getting set up for the day we were also watching a young man in a sea kayak heading for shore through the big waves.
He couldn't get all the way to the beach by paddle... he ended up going into the water and pushing the boat (he had on flippers)
He was struggling to drag the boat... I finally stopped what I was doing and went to help.
Turns out, he had a load.
