We continued SE on US-35 to Cross the Ohio River. We spent the afternoon at a State park at the confluence of the Kanawha River and the Ohio rivers.
I was taught in school that it was "Chief Cornstalk State Park" he is buried there. I'll go into that more when we do the pictures... suffice it to say... it is one of the most plesent small parks you'll ever visit.... It's in Point Plesent, WV
We continued to St Albans, WV... to visit our friend and my research director who will be 95 years old on Monday. His mind is as sharp as ever... He gave me an assignmentas usual... a project to think about... it woke me up in the middle of the night. I collected his thoughts on cyber paper... in detail... he is almost always spot on... right. His wheels never quit turning.
If I don't get some pictures on here you all will quit looking...
