I grew up in St Albans and it is where we have been parking the camper at night on the boat ramp.
When I was a kid there were a lot of small mounds on private land... people would plow them over and over to flatten them if they were in their gardens... they really didn't want outsiders (historians,etc) from restricting the use of their personal property.
