We still own a 6 man Aire Super Puma white water raft... we used to bring friends and our oldest grand child here to run the rapids below here. We'd put in just down stream, paddle up to and under the falls... then run the rapids all the way to Lake Cumberland where we'd pay to be hauled back on busses. The big rounded rocks in the river are as big as two story houses.
