Our night camp was just north of the I-59 stretch that caused us so much grief on our 2014 trip.
We headed west instead to just west of Jackson, MS to the Natchez Trace Parkway south. It is like a smooth ribbon.... but it is limited to 45 MPH. I'll take it anytime to avoid the washboard roads.... ( Yes I know... many of us in the south say "Worshboards" )
