We left Kerrville.... west on I-10....
we spent an interesting hour there... we looked for a local resturant.... but only found fast food grease pits...
We stopped at the first rest stop and made lunch... a loafed a bit.
We have overnighted in Texas rest stops... easy in, easy out... levelspots are always available... many don't have restrooms and that cuts down on traffic.
