Are you aware of what happened in Nashville on Christmas Day? And your plan is to park your camper randomly on city streets and have it set up so that alarms and sirens go off if people get near it?
Sounds like a recipe for disaster to me. I would expect to be turned in to the cops at every stop.
I think you would be well advised to park in a campground. Long term rates in the winter are likely quite reasonable and you will save a ton of money by heating with grid electricity instead of burning thru propane like crazy.
