I was made aware yesterday that 6.7 HPFP failure thread was ongoing at The Dieselstop and my name had been dragged into the conversation. I stopped posting at TDS after they deleted my 6.,7 debacle thread less than 30 minutes after I posted it...censorship at it's finest. Knowing the history of that site, I was not surprised.
I entered that discussion yesterday. When the negative facts exposed in the Ford answers to the NHTSA investigation began to gain some traction...thread closed...more censorship...I admit though, it survived longer than I thought it would.
I do appreciate the civil tone and enlightening discussion that has led to an education for many of us in this thread.

TDS jumped the shark a long time ago...it went from an informative site to a highly-censored joke. The administrator (JLester) was/is a paranoid nut.

Today, TDS just censored and closed down yet another most informative thread about HPFP failure and Ford warranty denial issues as usual. There was an Audi mechanic who posted that HPFP failure cases for Audi Q7 were covered by Audi warranty, and I guess TDS moderators did not like to see that Ford turns out to be the only company not to honor its warranty.
For me the warranty denial is the heart of the whole problem. That is the scariest part for me. Dont care what the cause is. Dont care who's fault it is. FIX IT. But cover it till you find the fix.

Thanks for adding your version of the Ford needs to just fix the truck statement. While I have been saying this for 6 months, sometimes a new voice is easier to hear.
