Best Route with 40ft f'ver from Glasgow KY to Monterey TN

Looking for advice for this route please. Google maps offers me several different options. I am trip planning to go from Glasgow KY to Sevierville TN ultimately so I'm looking for the best route to get from Glasgow southeast down to the I40 east.

    With the size of your rig head south right out of Glasgow on 31E to Scottsville then 231 all the way to Lebanon TN and pick up 40 there. Stay away from anything to the east near the Big South Fork Recreation area as it is very hilly, big hills potentially...depending.
