Laws and Justice in the USA are created, and administered by LAWYERS. Need I say any more?- I know Moisheh, but I thought it was time to remind people that they need to check this when they buy insurance. That info seems to lay it out in detail.
- That change has been discussed on this and other forums over a year ago. Last year the good carriers automatically applied the new limits to existing policies. Some insurers are telling their clients that the new liability limits do NOT apply to auto insurance.
