Up here in the States there are NO LIMITS to the amount that can be sued for/awarded...whether that's good or bad I guess depends on which side of the lawsuit one's on!

- moishehExplorerThat change has been discussed on this and other forums over a year ago. Last year the good carriers automatically applied the new limits to existing policies. Some insurers are telling their clients that the new liability limits do NOT apply to auto insurance.
