best direct route,,, and what roads are toll roads? want to stay interstate if possible

Looking at Google maps the best route is suggested. If you want to do away with the PA portion of Turnpike Tolls the alternate route of going up US 322 towards State College then onto I-99 to I-80 west. There is some construction going on before you get to I-99 if you decide to go that way. If you don't have ez-pass you are looking at $50-$60 in tolls just for PA.
