Myrtle Beach to I95 North

Having never been to Myrtle Beach & no real desire to go, just a quick glance at goggle maps, US 501 appears to be the most direct.

From the NORTH end, we take 22 - 31 - 17 - 9 - 701 - 410 - 74 west..... this puts you onto 95 at mm 14 in NC... It is about 75 miles - 1-1/2 hours from North Myrtle Beach ( Myrtle Beach Travel Resort ) to 95

17-I40 to 117 follow I 95 signs around Wilson-I95 All 4 lane, ran it 2 weeks ago

Going the opposite direction 2 years ago was I-40 to I-140 around Wilmington and US17 to Myrtle.

501 is a mess this time of year. take 17 exp or 31 to 22... Then wiggle up 701 to 74 or 87..

Fordtruckguy has the very best route. We have traveled it many times - we lived in MB for almost 15 years and went 'up North' often!
