RV travel to Canada

Is it automatic that an RV will be stopped & searched when entering Canada? Is this something that I should allow time for?

It will be the same crossing into Canada as it is crossing into the US. If they deam it necessary, due to actions or what you are saying, or carrying across. Then you will be stopped and possibly searched. As when we cross the border the other way, if you are honest, and know what you can and can't bring across, they will likely wave you through. Macktee
