Tionesta Pa to Niagra Falls

From NF to Hamlin Beach State Park,
take I90 North to the Canadian border, take the last exit BEFORE Canada!
This is the tricky part, go slow as the exits are close together.
Take the 2nd exit North to the Robert Moses Pkwy, do not take the exit for 104!
I just checked Google Maps and they show the tricky part. The split in the I90 is the boarder inspection, so you get on Upper Mountain Road. I think the no RVs notation is for the low underpass under the North Grand Island bridge.
Take the Robert Moses Pkwykwy til it ends, and then take route 18 East to Lake Ontario State Parkway.

Thanks for the input. My thinking right now is:

Up 62 to 190 to 62:

Then over to aquarium parking lot, walk to falls from there. Then, just jump on
the Robert M. from there. Head to Hamlin.

Am I missing anything?

Before you get to Buffalo on 62 you'll want to take 179 Milestrip west
to 5 East (you will be heading North) to
190 north that will take you to NF across Grand Island.,
and then 62 to downtown NF, turn North on 3rd St to the Aquarium.

The Aquarium parking was good. The toll for 190 was $2.75 for my 5th wheel.

We had a great time at Niagra Falls.
