update on Mazatlan By-Pass
Does anyone know if the By-Pass around Mazatlan is open yet? Seems like forever since they started building it...Appreciate any info.

The Highway around Mazatlan is similar to the Highway around Duncan on Vancouver Island! What starts as a road in the country ,quickly becomes the New Main Street!
It is much quicker and there ar fewer squeegee Kids but calling it a BiPass would be a bit of a stretch!
