ARANSAS pass RV parks

Another park that just opened this past October is called Coastal Paradise. They want you to commit to 5 months and the rent is currently $375 whereas Rustic Cove will let you come for 3 months.
Also Coastal Paradise has an issue with their sewer system. You also only get 24 Directv channels, none of them are ESPN. Because of the placement of trees in the park I know of at least 4 people that banged their units in Coastal Paradise this winter.

An old park that is adding 100 new sites and they will be ready for this winter. Park used to be called Rustic Cove but with the additions and new ownership it will now be called Majestic Oaks. Located at the intersection of Business Hwy 35 and Texas State Hwy 188. I believe the rent will be $350 per month, this includes around 100 cable tv channels.
