Beverly Beach Camptown Florida within Flagler Beach

This is premier site if you want right on the sand for ocean views and easy access to ocean. There is no pool. Beach is dog friendly so big plus for dog that love the water or just love to walk the beach and owners too. Weather was outstanding while we were there through December. No organized activities. Near small town and shopping. Some very good restaurants.

Camp sites and rental cabins on both sides of A1A prices discounted if on west side as you have to cross over for beach, laundry facility, store.

We love it took a month deal before January hits and rates go up considerably.

Owner was great, office and maintenance staff too.

Recommend it...contact me if you want to know more. Just above Ormond Beach.

We used to stay there years ago but for us they priced their self's out for what you get. Sites way to close for me.

We just hit it lucky in December with weather, no crowds and plenty of room on beach. Guess crowds come in after Christmas and we left 30th. We had cook out at our site too.

Don't know how to post pix on here. Just thought worth keeping in mind
If down that way in December. Maybe will never happen again.

Ugg - No disrespect to the OP, but this is a parking lot on the beach. Your only activity is going to the beach. Other than that, your sitting in close proximity to everyone else. A much better experience can be had at North Beach camp ground just above St. Augustine where the sites are huge (and more private), are FHU, has an awesome pool area, restaurants on the intra-coastal, and the beach right across A1A. Nice to visit the beach, then go back to your site and enjoy hanging out without the multitudes in your face 24/7.
Experience without good judgment is worthless; good judgment without experience is still good judgment!

Like Pirate, that place has sites entirely too close. Luckily when we were there the last time we had friends in another MH and could get along. Could not deal with a sweathog like Pirate describes. Too expensive for what you get

We used to go there, but stopped several years ago. I had a few issues... 1) you are really packed in , 2) the setup is that you and your neighbor have your awnings facing each other, so you better get friendly as you will be sharing the same patio space,3) the power/voltage was too low. Hovering at just over 100v. The electrical problems may have been addressed in the past few years, but the layout and spacing hasn't.
Like the slob that was sharing our awning area a few years ago. He insisted on sitting with his huge belling hanging out, legs spread wide, and wearing short shorts. It was a fabulous way to spend a weekend. Won't go back again.

$900 for month in December and ocean everyday worked in this "beholders eye" ๐Ÿ˜‰ staying month was a good $ break from what it would have been daily. Have to admit for some reason...maybe Matthew the month was very slow so no tight spaces. Agree can get very crowded and some spots do open to one another. Website shows the pros and cons well. We usually stay in Ormond and did for Thanksgiving...weather was especially good. This was our first time to splurge on Beverly and it was a treat. No question it is pricey as are any you can find right on ocean AND letting dogs walk. Afraid I am spoiled now. Reminder we stayed across the street in cheap seats ๐Ÿ™‚

FWIW...sounds interesting...but looking it up on RVParkReviews has some really negative comments. Including $140/nite, for (what the reviewers say) substandard services.
Of course these kind of negatives always get me to think they were made by competing campgrounds. Who knows? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...they say........
