- eHoeflerExplorer IIThere are 2 ways into the park, both are hilly and curvy. Just take your time and enjoy the park. If you come in from Hwy 76 to M Hwy, it is much more scenic with the big trees over the road. Should you come in off of Hwy 86 on E Hwy to M, you will encounter 1 single lane bridge, but it is more open and a bit straighter. I live in Shell Knob, about 15 miles from Big M State Park. If you would like further info, PM me and I can fill you in.
- garmpExplorer IIHave been there a couple of times for lunch at the dock, but never camped at the park. Maybe this will help: Big M Marina
From what we saw, looks like a very nice park and to us the lower campground looked better although the view was not near the same. Didn't bother paying attention to hook-up, as we knew we weren't staying. Hope this helps. Lots to do in that area. - 2oldmanExplorer IIIs this in Cassville?
