Bucks Pocket Campground.

Alabama has rebuilt the rundown Bucks Pocket camp ground.
Concrete Pads,Full Hookups and a very pretty isolated location.

The old joke in Alabama was Bucks Pocket was where all the losing politicians went to lick their wounds after defeat in elections.

Bucks Pocket is near to Lake Guntersville State Park.
Set to re open in the next few weeks.

    Yea it's amazing at all of the AL State Parks that have made significant upgrades since voters approved the second amendment state park protections several years ago. The thief's in Montgomery can no longer take state park revenue and put it elsewhere. All the parks get the money as they should have.
    On a side note, Buck's Pocket is always several degrees cooler than the surrounding area. Nice place for the summer time.
